- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels intact.

2. Refunds

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-5 business days.
2.2 Refund Exceptions
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original condition, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at ondafashionclub@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return label and promptly send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If you made a pre-order and cancel the order, you will be issued a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped, but you can return the order after you have received it.
6. Delivery problems
We will aim to keep you informed of delivery issues at all times, although these may often fall outside of our control. In the event that your order is not delivered, we will send you a new order. Alternatively, a full refund will be issued at your request.
