Returns & Refunds

Eligibility
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels intact.

Yes, we offer full refunds on the following occasions:
- Grace period cancellations
- Damaged or incorrect items: if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at ondafashionclub@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return label and promptly send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

Refund process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5 business days.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If you made a pre-order and cancel the order, you will be issued a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped, but you can return the order within 30 days of purchase (grace period)
